Just blended the 2019 fall Cabernet Sauvignon

This last weekend we blended the 2019 fall Cabernet Sauvignon. Very excited about this vintage. It is already showing signs of a very complex taste structure. The flavor profile has a beautiful front of the mouth feel with a great finish and it still has 6 month on new French oak. Very excited!!!
